En sus salas el visitante encontrará buena parte de laproducción escultórica de Enrique Pérez Comendador (Hervás, 1900-Madrid, 1981) y la pintura de su mujer, la pintora francesa Magdalena Leroux (París 1902- Madrid 1985). Formado en Sevilla, ciudad a la que Comendador se traslada con su familia en 1906, fue discípulo de Joaquín Bilbao asume en su obra la tradición de imaginería sevillana: Cristo de la Buena Muerte, San Sebastián, San Pedro de Álcantara, Dolorosa, Santiago o San Francisco. Desde muy joven logra hermanarse con el éxito entre 1924 y 1932 obtiene losmáximos galardones en las Exposiciones Nacionales de Bellas Artes, participa en importantes Monumentos Públicos: Gabriel y Galán, San Fernando o la Exposición Iberoamericana de 1929 en Sevilla. En ese mismo año conoce a la pintora Magdalena Leroux - miembro de una familia de pintores, “ Gran Prix de Rome”, pensionada por el Estado francés en la Casa Velázquez de Madrid – con la que se casará en París en 1931.
