Construida en el siglo XV como ermita de los Santos Mártires, en referencia a San Fabián y San Sebastián. Perteneciente al gótico puro del siglo XV, de lo que fue la ermita sólo se conserva la puerta gótica que se trasladó al nuevo lugar de entrada.
